Make Sure The Reception Hall Provide All Of The Accessories (For example, napkins, table skirts and special touches) You Will Need, If Not, You Will Need To Obtain Them.

Decide On Your Decorations Theme And Style.

Select An Attendant For The Guest Book.

Plan A Sequence Of Events For The Reception.

Plan The Seating For The Reception.

Order Favors For The Reception.

Choose The Music For The Reception.

Review Seating Details With the Ushers and Reception Hall.

Finalize The Seating Arrangements With The Reception Hall.

Finalize The Place Cards.

Give Final Count To the Caterer Or The Reception Hall Caterer.

Decide On The Menu.

Decide If You Will Serve Alcohol Or Not. If so, Will It Be An Open Bar Or Not.

Review The Reception Schedule With The Ushers, The Attendants, The Caterer, The Videographer, The Musician, The Coordinator And Anyone That Is Apart Your Wedding.

Prepare Maps And Directions For Your Guest.
